Customer Success Stories

Since integrating Prospect CRM with our Katana cloud inventory software, we’ve doubled sales and improved customer service.

Key Benefits of Prospect CRM Integrated to Katana

Grow your Customer Base

Prospect CRM will accelerate your customer's sales success, helping them close new B2B customers faster and more efficiently. Just a small increase in new-business close-rate can have a profound impact on business growth over time.

Maximise Customer Retention

New business is important, but retaining customers is vital for growing a profitable Wholesale, Distributor or Manufacturing business. P.A.I.G.E. (the Prospect AI Growth Engine) can even predict when a regular customer has missed an order and alert the Sales or Account Management team to contact the customer before they churn for good.

Increase Order Value & Frequency

By connecting Katana to Prospect CRM, Sales and customer-facing teams get key insights to effortlessly increase average order value and frequency for each customer. Prospect CRM brings your customer's wholesale products to life with upsell, cross-sell & must-sell capabilities.

Create Happier Customers

Whether it’s just checking in with customers and recording activities, or logging and dealing with important customer issues – a CRM is all about staying on top of the things that matter to your customers and building stronger, more profitable relationships.

Work Better as a Team

Centralised customer data in Prospect CRM, automatically updated with new accounts, new orders and new invoices from Katana, means the whole team has a clearer picture of what’s happening with each customer and who’s doing what.

Improve Business Reporting

Your customers shouldn't just report on isolated data from Katana, or just from Prospect. Instead, bringing all the data together in one, integrated reporting tool that combines up-to-date customer, sales & product data from Katana with Prospect CRM data and activities.

FAQs

How much does Prospect CRM cost?

Our most popular package is Professional CRM, and our Pricing can be found right here.

Do you offer training to new Prospect clients to get them up to speed?

Sure - we'd recommend any new client considers one of our Onboarding Experiences to get their whole team up & running faster, with increased ROI & reduced staff frustration. With a mixture of guided self-help & professional assistance, there’s an Experience to suit every budget.

How can my client integrate Prospect with Katana?

It's easy! Just follow these simple steps to get the imports running. Feel free to share this doc with customers too!

How long does the import take to run?

It completely depends on the amount of data that's in their Katana system - the more data they have, the longer it will take. This could be anything from a few minutes to a few hours, if they've got years worth of data in there. More info on the status of an import can be found here.

How does a confirmed CRM Quote appear in my client's Katana account?

A link is created from the Quote record to allow your clients to open the Sales Order directly in Katana from Prospect CRM.

If my client has special prices in Katana, will these come through to Prospect CRM?

Yes, as long as the customer's Katana account is linked with their CRM Division record, these prices will pull through for quoting purposes.

My client wants to issue an invoice for their customer's order - what's the best way to do this?

Prospect CRM does not affect the invoicing process at all. Once we've created a Sales Order in Katana, your client would process it exactly as they did before.

Can Prospect CRM help my prospects to migrate from Sage 50?

Yes, absolutely! Prospect CRM can be connected to a Sage 50 system to gather full line item sales history and invoice history. Then, with some careful planning, their new Katana system can be connected to the same Prospect CRM account, and simply continue building on their old Sage 50 history - without any data loss.

Got a CRM lead?
