Prospect is intuitive, simple to use, but like any CRM, it's only as good as the information that you input. The onboarding was excellent, so now I just need to learn how to use all of the amazing features that it includes so that we can get the best out of it. For anyone thinking about using Prospect, don't hesitate, because if I can use it, then anyone can.

We have just started actively using Prospect CRM and are really impressed by the features and very user friendly functions. I also love how it integrates with Xero meaning that we have one source of information and not replicates in many systems. Overall, very impressed and highly recommend it.

If you want a CRM to integrate with Xero and a stock management system, Prospect should be top of the list.

Prospect CRM was our third attempt at a CRM system and by far our most successful. We feel that this was due to the Onboarding process, which I would highly recommend. Their attention to detail to get it set up was key and we now have the training videos on our intranet to keep referring to.

Of all the CRMs I had reviewed this really is the UK's No. 1. From downloading the Free Trial to signing up, the whole experience is top class. I had a really great presentation to make sure the software fit our requirements, which left me with no unanswered questions or hesitations. The integration into Xero is seamless.

We've been using Prospect CRM for a few months - it works brilliantly with Xero (as well as other apps) - the hookup was quick and easy, and we're already reaping the benefits. The team at ProspectSoft are quick, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and they took the time to understand our business during the onboarding process. Massively recommend!

We have been using Prospect CRM for many years and believe it to be the ideal sales tool for our wholesale business. We use it both internally and out on the road with our reps. All the data is live so the 'on-the-road' reps see exactly what our internal staff see. We have just linked it up to Xero and it is working perfectly at the moment. You can see all the invoice history in Prospect CRM too.

Our company Becker First Responder Co. found ProspectSoft Ltd as we were searching for a new inventory system. We liked the ability to integrate this CRM with our inventory system, email system and accounting system (QuickBooks Online). We have been tremendously impressed by the implementation team as we set the entire system up. As we rolled out the new inventory system, adding Prospect CRM into it was a simple process and all the information came in and didn't require any additional setup. We love the ability to customize the platform to make it work for our unique terminology and process. The entire team has been tremendously helpful and I would highly recommend.

The CRM needs for our business are very different than how most CRMs are used. We needed account management more than lead management. We tried Method, Salesforce, Less Annoying CRM and a few others. Nothing had really good account management built in at a reasonable price, that was, until we found Prospect. Prospect CRM helps segment your customers, alert you to trends (or lack there of), integrates very well with QuickBooks and Mailchimp. It is easy to use, customize, and integrate. The prices are great and the support is top notch. Prospect is very niche focused and that is great if you fit in the niche. If you are a wholesaler, distributor, or manufacturer and you use Quickbooks, this is your CRM.

Being new to the CRM game, we were looking for something that integrated with our Quickbooks Commerce. Prospect CRM fits the bill and the service and support has been great.

Daniela is being very pro active to ensure we maximise the potential a CRM can provide. It integrates well with our ERP system and offers a wealth of tools to manage customer interactions. It's been a real superstar with email marketing campaigns, and although our business hasn't yet sufficiently adopted or embraced the potential available, I’m confident that with Daniela’s support we will begin to understand this better.

Prospect has been a game changer for our business. Not only does it allow us to track sales, growth and business activity, it also allows us to run campaigns, track any issues or opportunities, and highlights when customers need some extra attention. Highly recommend.

Prospect is an incredible tool. From understanding very little about CRM's and how to effectively run a business, prospect has been nothing but an awesome experience. We have had tremendous help with the whole of the prospect team. From the AI tool...to it then redirecting to agents that actually take their time out of their day to help with any issues you may have. Let me not forget about Daniela and Codruta. These two individuals are incredibly knowledgeable. From only having two zoom calls with them, they were able to walk us through the whole prospect system and have helped me and my team more than anything. They know exactly what they are talking about. All-in-All, get Prospect!!!

Prospect CRM offered to bridge a gap with its connection to Unleashed and user-friendly tools but, I was concerned about not having a direct person to communicate with during its implementation. Finley and Isobel have made me feel very comfortable during the onboarding process and I've not once felt unsupported. As a team, they have ensured all my queries have been taken care of and even if the answer is not known immediately, they get back to me once they do. Prospect CRM will be a great addition to our operating processes and visibility within the business.

Prospect CRM is an Asset to B2B business. It's highly customizable and integrates well with other inventory and accounting software. We were able to import all of our customer, product, pricing and past sales data with ease. I can see endless possibilities, even though we are just few weeks into using it.

Prospect CRM is intuitive and easy to use. If we ever have a question we have been able to get fast, in-depth responses and answers. Our onboarding Partner, Isobel, has gone above and beyond to not only answer our questions, but to thoroughly train our whole team, help figure out best practices and creative solutions, and has overall been an absolute pleasure to work with.

The onboarding process has been first class. Charlotte Austin gave us 3 bitesize sessions, making sure each session was relevant to the business and actively checking our understanding regularly. Good product. Great training.
