Pre-Prospect Problems

Before we started using Prospect CRM, we were experiencing many issues surrounding inefficiency. We hadn't yet found any solution that suited our business needs, and we even resorted to writing our own solution to compensate.

The Solution

Initially, we implemented Prospect CRM, and then later Prospect eCommerce to complete the package. The integration was, and still is, the driving factor to us adopting the system. We use Exchequer for our accounts, and having orders processed straight through from Prospect CRM into Exchequer was a very attractive feature for us, and suits how our business operates. Implementing Prospect CRM was seamless – it was quick to adopt and use straight away.
