Product Enhancements

The focus remained on user experience and functionality improvements. ProspectSoft introduced several updates to streamline workflows, enhance customisation options, and improve overall system performance. New features were added to the CRM, catering to specific industry needs, ensuring clients had tailored solutions.

  • 20 new major features were introduced including Kanban mode for reports, merging records
  • New and improved integrations
  • We also saw a 106% increase in number of workspaces created

Integration Enhancements

In 2023 expanded Prospects integration capabilities, forging partnerships with leading solutions to offer seamless integrations with popular third-party tools.

Enhanced Customer Support

Our commitment to excellent customer service continued, with an emphasis on providing comprehensive support to clients. We invested in expanding our support team, offering more resources, training, and responsive assistance to address user queries and concerns promptly.

  • In 2023 alone onboarding team have had 109,440 minutes of sessions with our customers
  • Bug fixes at an all time high!
  • Over 4500+ Users have viewed a help article in 2023
