How long does the import take to run?

It completely depends on the amount of data that's in their Accounting/Inventory Management System - the more data they have, the longer it will take. This could be anything from a few minutes to a few hours, if they've got years worth of data in there. More info on the status of an import can be found here.

Can Prospect CRM help my prospects to migrate from Sage 50?

Yes, absolutely! Prospect CRM can be connected to a Sage 50 system to gather full line item sales history and invoice history. Then, with some careful planning, their new Accounting or Inventory Management System can be connected to the same Prospect CRM account, and simply continue building on their old Sage 50 history - without any data loss.
