The winners of the 2019 National Undergraduate Employability Awards, organised by RMP Enterprise, were announced on Friday 1st March at etc.venues, Bishopsgate, London. Celebrating the outstanding achievements of employers, universities and students in the field of undergraduate work experience, the Awards saw 500 people come together to raise a glass to the industry’s finest.

The Top SME Undergraduate Employer award highlights and congratulates small businesses who offer excellent work experience opportunities for undergraduate students and employs less than 250 people. For this year’s application, our fantastic placement students wowed the judges with a video application, which was directed, produced and edited entirely by placements. This year we were certainly feeling the pressure, as ProspectSoft were competing with 9 other SMEs in this category, including the likes of Golfbreaks, Canon and MMT Digital.

Our team is made up of an overall majority of placements and previous placements that have returned to full time roles; 2 Directors started with us as placements, and the majority of our senior managers were all placements with us originally. We have a huge commitment to making our placement programme the best, because we want the best to join us as we grow and have even more success. Winning the NUE award for a 7th time is not only an incredible privilege and an honour, it is an amazing recognition of the time and effort we put into our placement programme, and acknowledgement of the quality staff and undergraduates we have at ProspectSoft working hard to make the placement experience continue to be truly exceptional.”
