ProspectSoft are thrilled to be shortlisted for ‘Best Tech Place to Work’ at the National Technology Awards 2018!
The National Technology Awards is a celebration to award pioneers of technology and encouraging excellence in the workplace, awarding a range of brilliance across the technology industry such as Cloud, Security and Innovation.
ProspectSoft have been shortlisted due to their commitment to and continuous development of their team, the training initiatives in place, and the success of the placement programme. ProspectSoft aim to empower their entire workforce with ongoing training – something which is embedded into the tech company’s working schedule to encourage regular engagement with changes to the product offering. All departments are encouraged to undertake further training and courses to develop their knowledge and skillset. For example, Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, Marc McLaughlin, is a Microsoft Specialist in Office 365 for SMEs, and other Software Developers in the team have been supported in becoming Microsoft Certified Professionals (Windows Server 2012).
Already renowned for their award-winning placement scheme, ProspectSoft show how integral each member of the team is within the company and help with their continual growth, whether a placement student or full-time member of staff. ProspectSoft’s placements begin their year with a full product training course, conducted by Sales & Marketing Director, Stuart McLaren. With a staggering 67% of the team being previous and current placements, it’s evident that without the placement scheme, ProspectSoft wouldn’t be the innovative, forward-thinking company they are today.
The awards ceremony takes place on Thursday 17th May 2018 at The Waldorf Hilton, London, where ProspectSoft will face competition from the likes of Blue Logic, Databowl and DWP Digital.
